That is when I really looked at what I ate and sticking to my exercise routine, it was hard to do. Also, education myself on nutrition labels to make sure what I was choosing to eat was the right choice. My other motivation was my cholesterol, it was higher than what is should be so I had to take action and follow my doctor’s advice.
I continued my journey of eating healthier. My biggest obstacle was when I was at work, there are sweets and treats. Then all the holidays throughout the year too, overeating and unhealthy foods. Looking at what I ate, my food portions and how often I was eating and exercising.
